The P28 is a carrier board for up to two NEM 652 decoders. The decoder motor pins are routed to connection terminals and the FWD/REV lights and AUX1 are connected to three LEDs next to the NEM sockets on the board. Each decoder socket can be separated from DCC by a jumper.
